| Clicking the link below will send you to our third party vendor who provides
a secured access tunnel between us. By clicking the "FastSupport"
link you agree to allow the vendor to install a temporary program on your
computer that will establish a secured link between you and our support
technician. When the session is complete the program and session
"key" will both expire and must be renewed to establish a new link.
This insures the transactions between the customer and the support
technician are secure from outside hackers and are not permanent unless
the customer gives permission for unattended access (See below for details
on monitored systems). If you have already contacted support and

contacted support to obtain a session key you should do so before proceeding to
